Terms of service and reimbursement

  1. Service: Our organization offers training courses in the field of mental health. The courses can be face-to-face or online according to the type and teaching format as indicated in the course sheet.
  2. Payment: Courses are paid for using our secure online payment system. Course prices are clearly indicated on our website and may vary depending on the course.
  3. Refund: We offer a refund policy of 14 days from the date of purchase of the course, as long as the course has not been completed by a percentage greater than 20%. If a student requests a refund, we will refund the amount paid for the course less an administration fee of 10% of the total course price. Refunds are made within 10 working days of the request.
  4. Late cancellation charges: If the client decides to cancel the course less than 48 hours before the scheduled course date, a charge of 50% of the course price will be charged.
  5. Service Interruption: In the event of service interruption for technical reasons, we will do our best to restore service as soon as possible. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the student as a result of such interruption.
  6. Intellectual property: All course materials, including content, presentations and assignments, are the intellectual property of our organization and may not be used or reproduced without our prior consent.
